Matching Gifts

In many cases, you will be able to double or triple the impact of your gift to Cranbrook.

Gifts of Cryptocurrency
Gifts of cryptocurrency, such as Bitcoin, can be a tax-efficient way to support Cranbrook, providing the donor with benefits similar to gifts of stock. Although Cranbrook does not currently directly accept gifts of cryptocurrency, we encourage you to explore donating through one of the numerous third-party platforms created to facilitate gifts of cryptocurrency. In fact, many donor-advised fund sponsors, including Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, and Vanguard Charitable, accept contributions of cryptocurrency. Please check with your financial advisor to see whether this opportunity makes sense for you.
